More specifically, he gets Shatner’s pitch, and techniques it through exactly the same places that Shatner does. Anyone may obtain the timbre and the vocal actions down seriously to accomplish a Shatner, but what separates the men from the children is really getting the best frequency and movement first, and then using the initial vocal mannerisms.
