| Fruit Pizza - great, easy summertime treat! By Robin Conn Ingredients: Roll of Pillsbury croissant (8 ct.) 3 oz. cream cheese softened 1 tbs sugar 2 cups cool whip Fresh fruit such as blueberries, strawberries, kiwi, raspberries Mandarine orange slices Directions: Spread croissant triangles out on round pizza pan, smoothing the seams together to make the "crust". Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or untill light golden. While it cools, mix cream cheese, sugar and cool whip to make "sauce". Add fruit "toppings". This is best with fresh fruit, but you can use frozen, just thaw and drain well or the pizza will be soggy. |
